Hi! My name is Sarah and I am enjoying my life as a stay-at-home mom. I have two sons, one is almost 3 and one who is about 2 months old. I have always been a pretty healthy eater, but never thought too much about food until I had my children.
I first starting learning about the benefits of breastfeeding and how much breast milk impacts the health of a child for the rest of his or her life. I also learned about how long to breastfeed, when to introduce solid foods and how the foods I introduce create a lifelong passion for good eating.
I started this blog to share the information I come across, to share recipes and hopefully to create a place for other moms and dads to share their knowledge too!
